Xiamen Newclears Daily Products Co., Ltd., established in 2009, operates 18 advanced production lines across a 50,000-square-meter facility, 5 lines for baby tab diapers and pull up pants, 10 lines for adult tab diapers and pull up pants, and 3 lines for underpads.

With an annual export value exceeding 36 million USD, we are committed to continuous innovation, sustainable development, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Enterprise development history

2009

Newclears was established in December 2009.

2010-2012

Focus on designing and producing disposable baby diapers, adult diapers, underpads, wet wipes, and pet pads.

2013

Newclears has founded a fully integrated R&D department. Specializing in the design and production of baby care, home care, and pet care products.

2016

Newclears has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Participated in the DAKAR INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR.

2017

Newclears has obtained FDA and CE certifications. Participated in the ARAB HEALTH FAIR (Dubai), Health Asia International Exhibition & Conference and Florida International Medical Exhibition (FIME).

2018

Newclears developed tape and pants styles of organic baby diapers, and natural compressed towels. At the same time, dedicated to online B2B platforms such as Alibaba and Made-in-China.

2019

Exported baby diapers, adult diapers, underpads, pet pads and wet wipes to over 30 countries worldwide, satisfied more clients with improving design, quality and management system.

2020

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we repurposed our facilities to manufacture protective face masks. Extended assistance by supplying masks to our partners worldwide.

2021

Initiated construction of new production facility. Updating CE certificate to meet revised EU regulations.

2022

Added new production lines of 3XL adult tab diapers and adult pull up pants.

2023

Obtained FSC certification and expanded production capacity with two new adult tab diaper production lines and two adult pull ups lines.

2024

Participated in FIME, USA & MEDICA, Germany. New factory area with 50,000m² was put into operation.

Production Management
