Sanitary padSanitary pads are disposable hygiene products for women during menstruation.

Made of soft non-woven fabric, absorbent core and breathable back sheet, they effectively absorb menstrual fluid, prevent leakage and keep skin dry and comfortable.

Structure

1. Top Sheet
Material: Non-woven fabric (soft cotton), perforated PE film (mesh surface), or pure cotton.

Function: In direct contact with skin, it quickly absorbs menstrual blood and prevents backflow, keeping the surface dry.

2. ADL Layer
Material: Special non-woven fabric.

Function: Quickly diffuses liquid, guiding it to the entire absorbent core, preventing localized accumulation and side leakage, and improving utilization.

3. Absorbent Core
Material: Fluff pulp + SAP / full SAP paper

Function: The core of the sanitary napkin absorbs a large amount of liquid and locks it in firmly, preventing backflow under pressure.

4. Wings (also known as side flaps)
Wings are the extended lateral flaps on both sides of a sanitary napkin, designed for secure fixation and enhanced leakage protection.

5. Back Sheet
Material: Breathable PE film / cloth film

Function: Prevents liquid leakage while allowing air circulation, reducing stuffiness.

6. Adhesive & Release Paper
Function: Adhesive is used to firmly attach the sanitary napkin to underwear; release paper protects the adhesive and should be removed before use.
