The spring Festival is coming soon ,in order to improve the cohesion and sense of belonging of the company’s team, build corporate culture, enhance the understanding between colleagues, promote the relationship between employees, there are a variety of activities arranged before spring festival . The purpose is let employees communicate and interact with each other in a happy atmosphere, enhance communication and cooperation ability, and promote the better development of the company. At the last four days before holiday , our chairman of the board will give out the annual bonus .
The RMB cash was wrapped in a red envelope bag. In chinese , we called “hong bao” He will give out the “hong bao” one by one. And said some encourage or guide words to each employee face to face .Every employee come out his office with a bright smile in the face.
At the last three days,there will a lucky draw activity , the employee line up as the result of the random draw. At the beginning round, the trophy is the cash wrap in a red envelop with different amounts .During the draw activity , the office is full of laughter and scream. At the last two days , normally the chairman of the board , the general manager will hold a conclusion meeting with all staffs. We will make a conclusion of a year’s achievements, experience, lessons and set the targets of the next year . and after that we will have a year-end dinner together . Everyone drink and cheer for a happy new year and bright future.
At the last day , normally , we will clean up the office and paste the couplet. We say happy new year in advance .
